We collect: account data (email, username); astrological profile data (date, time, and place of birth, gender, interests — time and place are optional); your conversation with the AI consultant and its memory (structured notes and session summaries used in future conversations); technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies).
Your data is used to: calculate the natal chart, yearly forecast, compatibility, and AI consultant responses; power the consultant's memory between sessions; ensure account security; improve the service.
We use cookies for authentication and remembering settings (such as interface language). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect service functionality.
We do not sell your data. For calculations and AI consultant responses, the service sends birth data, your question, and the conversation with the consultant to the language model provider OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — it routes the request to the selected model (currently Google Gemini) and does not use it to train its own models. Data may also be disclosed as required by law.
[OWNER TO FILL] Subscription payments go through PayPal. This should state: card details are handled by PayPal, not Asteria, and are never sent to us; what payment data the service receives and stores (subscription id, status, amounts); that the account email is passed to PayPal as the subscription id.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption to protect sensitive information. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed immediately (see "Delete account" in profile settings); backups that may have contained it are overwritten within 30 days.
You have the right to: receive a machine-readable copy of your data (export in profile settings); correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all data, including the AI consultant's memory, yourself and immediately; withdraw consent to data processing.
